Will and I had a great time in Dallas last weekend. We had asked for and received a joint birthday trip and Drew hooked us up. We visited with a bunch of old friends and extended family members, shopped way too much and generally ate our way through Dallas and Collin counties.
At La Hacienda Ranch, on our last day, at our last lunch, I was debating about what to eat.
Me: Should I order the Burrito de Gonzalez or the Enchiladas Munoz?
Will: How 'bout you order up a Spanish accent instead??
I gave up teaching high school English after the birth of my first son. Seventeen years later, I don't miss it! Life is plenty busy with church and school volunteer projects, a house to keep up and tracking our 5 boys--2 of which were recently adopted from Liberia-- in their crazy sports/music/school schedules.

If ever I have a bad day, I am going to call him up and simply say, 'talk'. So glad you had a good time!
